Dr. Mazda's Funeral Held in Ortaffa
Professor Keivan Mazda's burial service was held at his family gravesite in France todayTuesday, October 9, 2018
Professor Keivan Mazda passed away of asthma attack on October 3 at the age of 59. He was buried at his family gravesite in Ortaffa today.
The funeral service was attended by Dr. Mazda's Family; Mrs. Marashi, the managing director of Zanjireh Omid Charity Institute; Dr. Nabian, a Zanjireh Omid's volunteer orthopedist; and a number of his colleagues, friends and relatives.
His colleagues at Robert Debre Hospital, his students, his substitute, Dr. Bris and his friends also attended the services. Ortaffa mayor gave a speech on his passing, pointing to his cooperation with Zanjireh Omid institute and his numerous humanitarian services across the world. The spouse and sister of late Dr. Mazda gave eulogies of his life at the ceremony as well.
Paris Diderot University is holding a memorial ceremony on Friday evening on the passing of Dr. Mazda, a philanthropist physician who was a world-know spine surgeon at Robert Debre Hospital of Paris.
Furthermore, the time and date of Dr. Mazda's memorial ceremony in Tehran will be announced subsequently.
