To promote Zanjireh Omid charity services and medical cares offered in the three fields of: cardiac, orthopedic and reconstructive to children below 18, the institute signed the construction contract of "a 540-bed pediatric teaching hospital with orientation on surgical practices as well as construction of a pediatric rehabilitation center, a pediatric trauma center, a research center and an accommodation center" with Tina Farayand company as the project executive and consultant. 
Tina Farayand co. has conducted extensive research on construction of the hospital since last year due to complicated nature of treatment procedures done at the institute. They proposed several plans and eventually signed this contract which is of high importance in Iran's medical field.
