According to Zanjireh Omid's Public Relation section's report, a hand orthopedic's Sub-specialty examination was held with the presence of Dr.Zanjani and Dr.Arabzadeh at the clinic place Zanjireh Omid's Children's House clinic.

The notable point of examining these children is the timely use of a particular instrument, called biological glue, also known as fibrin glue, used for nerve transplantation and nerve graft. This type of surgery was performed by the hand surgery team of Zanjireh Omid, headed by Philippe Valenti, for the first time in Iran.

This clinic was held under special conditions with the observance of health protocol regarding the coronavirus circumstances; this clinic was dedicated to 7 patients. Due to their brachial plexus problem, these children have a golden time to be treated. Five patients were selected for surgery, and two other patients will continue other treatment stages.

International statistics show that three out of every two thousand newborns might suffer from brachial plexus birth palsy caused by damage during natural childbirth or cesarean. This could cause permanent damage, including paralysis of the arm, also known as Erb's palsy if left untreated.

Following the surgeries, to obtain a positive surgical outcome, some of the patients require rehabilitation services after surgeries; currently, these services are provided by Zanjireh Omid's treatment staff by using virtual sessions for the clients.
